Today's designers are confronted with a bewildering choice of grades of plastics and methods of processing. With such variety, every choice involves a compromise.

At
HIL Polymers India Pvt Ltd, we understand the effects processing has on the typical properties of high performance fluoropolymers and engineering plastics.

Our experience and technical knowledge allows us to best align an engineered material with a customer's requirements.

HIL Polymers India Pvt Ltd's engineers can provide material specific technical data including:
»
Tensile Strength & Elongation
»
Specific Gravity
»
Thermal Expansion
»
Weep & Memory
»
Wear and Friction

Design & Engineering Services include:
Design Assistance We can help take your concept to a production ready design using 2D & 3D CAD tools. APT engineers work with both AutoCAD® and SolidWorks® native formats, and we can import many file types including DXF, IGS, STEP, IPT, PAR & others.

For complex projects involving more extensive development, we are happy to work with you under an R&D purchase order. For the fastest response to your RFQs, please email your dimensioned 2D drawings as PDF or DWG files. Thank you!

HIL PolymersGroup is an industry leader in recycling and resource recovery innovation in the area of closed loop reclamation of post-industrial plastic. The company has engineered multiple processes

HIL Polymers Polymer Pipe Technology was developed to meet the severe operating conditions in the wastewater industry. Traditionally, wastewater infrastructures are constructed using reinforced concrete, clay, brick and/or steel for pipe, manholes and associated structures.

HIL Polymers is made of polymer concrete, the corrosive barrier is consistent throughout the entire wall thickness. In the even that iNTERpipe is ever chipped or marred, this corrosion barrier will remain intact.
